Bio

Thanks to the recommendation of a sincere friend, I began seeing a therapist for the first time at the age of 30. In the beginning I was challenged by the process, especially the vulnerability of it all, yet with time my journey inward led me to 1 beautiful conclusion. “Feelings are meant to be felt”. If we can’t sit with our emotions properly then it will be challenging if not impossible to learn from them. I had to learn to sit with my feelings, without judgement, without distractions, THIS WAS NOT EASY AND IT STILL ISN”T, BUT IT”S A GAME CHANGER.

Today, I feel an immense capacity to experience joyful self-acceptance and love, something that I had found impossible a decade ago. After years of stumbling, feeling lonely, fragmented, depressed, anxious, and unfocused i finally summoned the courage to ask for help. It was the best decision of my life. My life today is still filled with highs and lows, but through it all I’ve built a sense of resiliency. I trust that I will guide myself through even the most difficult of times. This sense of resiliency is something that I would like to share with you. Let me guide you.

I was so inspired and grateful for the life that therapy breathed into me and thus in 2018 I decided I wanted to become a therapist myself. That year I began studying Somatic Psychology at CIIS in San Francisco and it’s been the best decision of my life.

Today, I feel blessed to sit with people and their most tender and unmet parts. It is both inspiring and humbling to share such intimate spaces with my clients, to help them find their own meaning, navigation, purpose, and affinity to the mysteries of existence.
